GlenDesk is a product and service operated by FCE Labs LLC (“GlenDesk,” “FCE Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This page explains how users can request deletion of personal information associated with GlenDesk websites, mobile applications, AI receptionist services, communications tools, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
How to request deletion of your data
To request deletion of personal information associated with your GlenDesk account or use of the Services, send an email to privacy@glendesk.com.
For the fastest processing, please send your request from the email address associated with your GlenDesk account and include:
- Your full name
- Your business or organization name, if applicable
- The email address associated with your GlenDesk account
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal information
- Any additional information that may help us identify the relevant account or data
Identity verification
To protect your information from unauthorized deletion requests, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Verification may include confirming access to the email address associated with your GlenDesk account or requesting other information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and authority to make the request.
What data may be deleted
Depending on your relationship with GlenDesk and the Services you use, a verified deletion request may apply to personal information such as:
- Account profile information
- Name and contact information
- Account preferences
- Login and account-related information
- Communications and conversation history
- Appointment-related information
- Notes and other information associated with your account
- Other personal information that GlenDesk controls and is not required to retain
Information we may retain
Some information may be retained after a deletion request where retention is reasonably necessary or required for:

Where information must be retained, we will limit retention to the extent reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
Data controlled by a GlenDesk business customer
GlenDesk is a business platform used by organizations to communicate with and manage their own customers, prospects, employees, vendors, and other contacts.
In some cases, FCE Labs processes personal information on behalf of a GlenDesk business customer rather than determining how that information is used.
If your information is maintained by GlenDesk on behalf of one of our business customers, we may direct your deletion request to that business or coordinate with that business to process the request, as appropriate.
Account deletion and access
Deleting personal information may affect your ability to access or use GlenDesk. If your request includes deletion of information necessary to maintain your account, your account may need to be disabled or closed as part of the deletion process.
Because GlenDesk accounts may be created and managed by the business or organization that provides access to you, account closure may also require coordination with that organization.
Processing time
We will review verified deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period of time, subject to applicable law, the nature of the request, and any legal or contractual obligations that may require us to retain certain information.
